Ready to Apply?

Completing your mortgage application is straightforward. Before you begin, please make sure you have all the information and supporting documents you'll need to hand.

  • Step 1: Complete the Application Form

    The mortgage application form is available to download here. Please complete all sections as fully and accurately as possible. The information you provide helps us assess your application quickly and efficiently. Once completed, ensure the form and Direct Debit mandate are signed before submitting them together with your supporting documents.

  • Step 2: Gather Your Supporting Documents

    To avoid delays, please submit all required supporting documents with your application, including:

    • Proof of identity and address
    • Recent payslips or income evidence
    • Bank statements
    • Existing mortgage statements (if applicable)
    • Proof of deposit funds
    • Additional documentation for self-employed applicants
  • Step 3: Submit Your Application

    Once your form is complete and you've gathered your supporting documents, you will be required to make an appointment with one of our mortgage team who will ensure that the application form is completed in full and we have all of the documentation required.

  • Step 4: We'll Review Your Application

    Our Guernsey-based underwriting team will review your application, supporting documents and affordability information.

  • Step 5: Agreement in Principle

    If your application meets our lending criteria, we'll issue an Agreement in Principle and move forward with the valuation process.

  • Step 6: Mortgage Offer & Completion

    Following a satisfactory valuation and final checks, we'll issue your mortgage offer and work with your advocate to complete the purchase.
