Skipton International strengthens leadership team with two senior appointments

Skipton International has appointed Candice Tabb as Chief People Officer, based in Jersey, and Tracey Wells as Chief of Staff, based in Guernsey, further strengthening its leadership team as it delivers key strategic priorities.

With experience across banking, professional services and fiduciary, corporate and fund administration, Candice has held senior global roles at Barclays, CSC/Intertrust, Ocorian and Mourant working in both Jersey and London. She has partnered closely with boards and executive teams across EMEA, APAC and the Americas, helping to shape people strategy, lead complex change and build high-performing, engaged organisations.

Tracey has been working with Skipton International in an interim capacity since December 2025 and brings extensive experience of leading large-scale transformations in regulated environments. During this time, she has made a strong impression through her thoughtful leadership, clear focus on delivery and deep understanding of the business.

As Chief of Staff, Tracey will work closely with teams across the organisation, leading the planning and delivery of key transformation initiatives that modernise how the business operates, enhance operational efficiency and deliver measurable business value.
