Customer Advisor

As a Customer Advisor you will provide exceptional levels of customer service  and be pro-active in ensuring that customer needs are met. You will be working within an enthusiastic team  and your duties will include:

  • Responding to telephone calls, e-mails and personal callers to the office in a friendly, professional and timely manner
  • Communicate the features and benefits of our products to customers
  • Processing instructions from customers
  • Liaising with internal banking and mortgage teams
