Talent Development Scheme

We are seeking bright, motivated school leavers to join us at our head office in Guernsey.

Overview

Skipton International has recently introduced an exciting new scheme designed to give students leaving Sixth Form or the Colleges an opportunity to gain full exposure to the business whilst being fully supported by the whole team.

We understand leaving school can be daunting with so many career options to choose from which is why we have designed this scheme with the intention of providing the opportunity to gain experience in a variety of departments. The scheme is designed to last one to two years, spending three months with each department. As the scheme comes to an end you can move into a permanent position in the department most suited to you.

We provide full training and offer great learning and development opportunities. Professional qualifications are fully supported and paid for by Skipton. Study leave is also provided.
