Pricing Associate

Overview

Skipton International is a dynamic, locally run bank. As part of our ongoing growth, we are adding a new role of Pricing Associate.

The Pricing Associate will take an active lead in strategic management of Skipton's savings and mortgage product pricing.

  • Required Skills
    • Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships both within the company and the wider business environment in order to achieve objectives
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Strong MS application skills, particularly excel
    • Good data analysis and critical thinking skills
    • Numeric/commercial acumen
    • Ability to engage across teams
  • Key Responsibilities
    • Develop and implement customer targeted product pricing that are fair for customers and deliver the commercial goals of Skipton.
    • Deploy effective pricing strategies that optimise commercial performance.
    • Contribute to the ongoing development of the savings and mortgage pricing models.
    • Manage and deliver new products, propositions, rates and oversee product implementation and communication.
    • Support the Senior Commercial Manager with liquidity management, ensuring corporate plan targets are maintained whilst maximising margin.
