Customer Operations Representative

Overview

An opportunity has arisen for a full-time Customer Operations Representative in Guernsey. We are seeking a dedicated individual who is able to provide an efficient, professional and positive experience for our customers. 

Previous experience in customer service is desired, but not essential. We will train and support the successful candidate to help them achieve their full potential.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Motivated and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational abilities.
  • Willing to interact with new and existing customers, both in the office and over the phone, in a professional and timely manner.
  • Able to work in a team environment and demonstrates excellent problem solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers through various channels, ensuring a positive experience. 
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records.
  • Support team members and Reception responsibilities.
