Business Analyst
Overview
Skipton are seeking an ambitious and analysis-orientated individual to join our growing Change Management team. Reporting to the Senior Business Analyst, you’ll be assisting with - and working towards leading - change across the organisation, from identification and requirements gathering all the way through to delivery.

Required Skills
- Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships both within the company and the wider business environment in order to achieve objectives;
- Strong commercial acumen;
- Ability to analyse and interpret various forms of data (demonstrating a good attention to detail) and to present the findings in a relevant format;
- Proven ability to influence, engage and work in partnership with senior stakeholders;
- Ability to manage self and others in order to deliver timely, quality output;
- Strong problem solving skills; and
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Working with the business to identify and evaluate opportunities and needs;
- Owning and progressing the consistent documentation of business requirements;
- Identifying and assessing potential solutions;
- Assisting with and leading solutions into active use;
- Liaising with third party providers and consultants where appropriate.
