Business Analyst

Overview

Skipton are seeking an ambitious and analysis-orientated individual to join our growing Change Management team. Reporting to the Senior Business Analyst, you’ll be assisting with - and working towards leading - change across the organisation, from identification and requirements gathering all the way through to delivery.

  • Required Skills
    • Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships both within the company and the wider business environment in order to achieve objectives;
    • Strong commercial acumen;
    • Ability to analyse and interpret various forms of data (demonstrating a good attention to detail) and to present the findings in a relevant format;
    • Proven ability to influence, engage and work in partnership with senior stakeholders;
    • Ability to manage self and others in order to deliver timely, quality output;
    • Strong problem solving skills; and
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Key Responsibilities
    • Working with the business to identify and evaluate opportunities and needs;
    • Owning and progressing the consistent documentation of business requirements;
    • Identifying and assessing potential solutions;
    • Assisting with and leading solutions into active use;
    • Liaising with third party providers and consultants where appropriate.
