They answer the phone almost immediately when ever I call from NZ. Usually about 8.30am. They promptly deal with my query. I can think of one or two New Zealand banks call centers who take up to 29 mins never less than 18 at anytime of the day.to answer. Keep it up.

The yearly bonds are competitive as savings accounts go.
The staff at Skipton International have always been very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful, I'll give them 5 stars.

Competitive bond rates as savings accounts go, we do need higher rates though as theyre still lower than inflation. I'd like to see them offer the best rates with more options, I hope they grow.

To give correct information when asked if Skipton had received our cheque!! We were informed the cheque had not been received whereas it had been with Skipton one week.

Thank you for your feedback, which I have had investigated. Skipton's Banking team confirm that your cheque was not received until 13 days after you first queried. The cheque was received outside of the contractual cooling off period, however, the deposit was still honoured, given recent issues with postal delays as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, and your account credited on the day of receipt of the cheque. The Skipton website works well but the login procedure is very complex having to use a phone app. What if you don't have one?
The sending of a one time passcode by SMS as used by other sites might be easier.
