Covid-19 Update and Restrictions

The States of Guernsey held a briefing at 12:00pm (noon) on Saturday 23 January 2021. Chief Minister Peter Ferbrache announced that due to four new confirmed positive cases of COVID-19, Guernsey will go into immediate lockdown. 

I would like to assure you that Skipton International has a strong infrastructure in place to ensure our team can maintain service throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. Skipton is well positioned to ensure continuity of service to our customers.

In order for Skipton International to support the States of Guernsey’s strict social distancing requirements, with regret we are no longer able to provide face-to-face banking services. This decision has not been taken lightly, however in the interest of our customers and colleagues we believe it is the right thing to do. Customers are no longer able to visit our office at Tudor House in Guernsey. 

Although customers will not be able to physically visit our offices, we remain committed to providing excellent customer service and will do all we can to support all our customers through this difficult period. Our savings and mortgage teams will be on hand to serve our valued customers and can be contacted via telephone, email and online (savings portal).
