Mortgage Sales Associate

Overview

Due to an internal promotion, and with expanding global sales we need a motivated self-starter to join our successful Mortgage Sales Team. 

Complete training with a view to successfully completing the Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP) qualification.

Assistance with the Mortgage Sales Team with project work when required.

Required Skills
  • Mortgage experience is desired but not essential as full training will be provided
  • Great customer service
  • Excellent team work skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and interview mortgage applicants to sell the benefits of Skipton International and provide Approvals in Principle.

  • Determine lending capability based on individual customer circumstances and effectively communicate potential mortgage options.
  • Assist customers in completing mortgage applications. 
  • Recommend products and services which are sufficiently competive in the market place to deliver business targets in terms of volume value and margin.
  • Contribute to the sales development of new initiatives to further market penetration, market development, product development or diversification.
