Mortgage Sales Administrator

Overview

This role will support the team in sourcing new mortgage clients both directly and through the broker channel.

If you are proactive and communicate in an effective manner, both on the phone and face to face, you have the opportunity to join our growing team. This role requires proficient individuals to become an integral part of the success of our team in supporting the positive development of the Skipton International brand in the market place.

Required Skills

• Relevant administrative experience.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• The ability to work independently as well as an excellent team member.

• Good attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Package mortgage applications to Skipton requirements before submission.

• Process broker registrations to include the monthly/annual checks.

• Provide credit checks to support mortgage applications.

• Review any broker introduced mortgage applications on a daily basis.

• Assist the Mortgage Sales Team with mortgage tasks and project work when required.
