To provide personalised, timely and efficient support to the Executive team. The suitable candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills.
Required Skills
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of arranging travel is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Executives’ calendars and arrange meetings.
- Minute-taking during meetings and produce meeting packs.
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collate and prepare information for internal communication.
- Manage Executives’ expenses.
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
