Executive Assistant

Overview

To provide personalised, timely and efficient support to the Executive team. The suitable candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills. 

Required Skills

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality. 
  • Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of arranging travel is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Executives’ calendars and arrange meetings.
  • Minute-taking during meetings and produce meeting packs.
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Collate and prepare information for internal communication.
  • Manage Executives’ expenses.
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
