Risk Analyst


Skipton are seeking an ambitious and analysis-orientated individual to join our growing Risk and Compliance team. Reporting to the Risk Manager, you’ll be assisting in providing support, challenge, advice and guidance across the business in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills

  • Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships both within the company and the wider business environment in order to achieve objectives.
  • Effective analytical and numeric skills.
  • Ability to build MI datasets including dashboards.
  • Ability to analyse and interpret wide ranging business information, summarise, identify recommendations and produce management reports in a relevant format.

Key Responsibilities

  • To develop and provide key MI metrics to support risk strategies and business objectives.
  • Provide MI analytics to ensure that Skipton operates within policy, framework and risk appetite.
  • Support the production of analysis and papers for various committees on a timely basis.
  • To support other business areas in identifying and developing risk awareness.
  • Maintain effective relationships across the business to support key objectives.
