Mortgage Services Administrator

Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join the Mortgage Services Team. As a Mortgage Service Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers and team members throughout the mortgage process. This role would suit an individual looking to develop their administration skills and look to learn and develop a career. We will train and support the successful candidate to help them achieve their full potential.

  • Key Responsibilities

    • Providing excellent customer service by promptly responding to enquiries and addressing customer concerns. 
    • Demonstrate high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
    • Communicate with customer queries in a timely and accurate manner by phone, email and mail.
    • Maintain organised customer records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements. 
    • To work as one team, collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth and timely service.
